Return Process

  Log into your Hishiro account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original garment bags with all tags attached, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection via our portal.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned pieces, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
